Arena Energy works with global energy companies whose ethical and environmental standards we adopt as our own. The following principles are binding on our entire team and subcontractors.
We absolutely respect landowners' rights. Every conversation and negotiation is conducted in good faith, with full respect for the owner's decision — including a decision to decline.
We present terms clearly and completely, without hiding drawbacks or risks. We do not use pressure, misleading statements, or unfair sales techniques.
We neither offer nor accept benefits intended to influence decisions. We are bound by full compliance with anti-corruption regulations and our partners' compliance requirements.
We operate with respect for human rights across every area of our activity, ensuring equal treatment and no discrimination.
We strive to minimise our environmental impact — from environmental monitoring, through the protection of biodiversity and soil, to full land restoration and recycling once the investment ends.
We speak with local communities openly and early. We share information and visualisations and respond to residents' concerns, building a Social Licence to Operate.
We protect the data entrusted to us in accordance with GDPR, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the traceability of our processes — in line with the rigour applied by our business partners.
