The controller of personal data is AE Bartosz Kalbarczyk, with its registered address at ul. Świebodzińska 6, 61-162 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7792367227 (hereinafter "Arena Energy"). Contact for data matters: inwestycje@arena-energy.pl, tel. +48 504 245 554.
We process data provided in the contact and submission forms (full name, phone number, email address), data relating to the property (area, municipality, cadastral district and plot number, location), and the content of correspondence. When verifying land, we may process data from public registers (including the land registry, land and mortgage registers, and GIS systems).
We process data for the following purposes: responding to inquiries and conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), initial verification of land suitability and preparation of an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and fulfilling legal obligations and establishing or defending claims (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes — until the correspondence or offer process concludes, and thereafter for the limitation period of any potential claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn.
Data may be entrusted to entities that support our operations (hosting, IT services, legal advisory) solely under data processing agreements and to the extent necessary. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), Poland's supervisory authority.
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond and carry out land verification. Failure to provide contact details makes it impossible for us to respond.
